The Perfect Christmas Tree...
at perfect prices...
Welcome to Little Down Farm
In the village of Westfield in the heart of East Sussex, the Baker family of Little Down Farm take pride in growing some of the finest Christmas trees in the country.
With a farm covering some 45 acres, specialising only in Christmas trees and selling direct to the customer we are able to produce trees of a quality and price that is second to none.

With no secondary mark-up, prices are kept low and the buyer is able to ensure they are getting the freshest tree possible. Unlike a tree that has been cut, transported and left lying in a pile for weeks before purchase, a Little Down Tree is as fresh as it can be – customers can even walk around the plantation and choose a tree that’s still in the ground! And everyone knows you can’t beat the wonderfully Christmassy aroma of fresh pine that only comes with a real tree.
With great green credentials too, you can keep your carbon-footprint in check by buying a locally-produced tree, from a sustainable supply. You can actually see where your tree has come from and know that you aren’t paying in cost – and carbon – for it to be driven halfway around the country before it gets to you. And, of course, for every tree that’s cut, another is planted, with the plantation itself acting as a haven for wildlife. And remember – most councils now provide a Christmas tree mulching service so you can even feel good about turning your tree in to compost after the festive season is finished. Unlike a fake fir tree, which may last for five years in your living room but will last for hundreds of years in a landfill site.
And this year there are some wonderful new additions to Little Down Farm, with five reindeer, making choosing your family’s Christmas tree even more special than ever.
And as if that’s not enough, the Baker family are so happy to be a local supplier. And every tree comes with a free gift of your choice from Christmas tree lights, to a wreath, to a big sack of spuds – so it seems with a visit to Little Down Farm you really will have Christmas all wrapped up.
